The Leica TCS SP8 X is mounted on a Leica DMI6000 inverted microscope.
Excitation is possible with UV (405 nm) and VIS (White Light Laser 470-670 nm). Simultaneous detection of 4 separated fluorophores is possible with an additional option for transmitted light. Software includes FRAP and FRET wizards.

The Leica TCS SP8 SMD is mounted on a Leica DMI6000 inverted microscope enclosed in incubator at 37° for live-cell experiments . Excitation is possible with UV (405 nm) and VIS (440, 458 and White Light Laser 470-670 nm). Simultaneous detection of 5 separated fluorophores is possible with an additional option for transmitted light. This microscope is equipped with Single Molecule Detection (SMD) to perform Fluorescence Life-Time Imaging Microscopy (FLIM). Software includes FRAP and FRET(FLIM) wizards.

The Leica TCS SP8 X DLS is mounted on a Leica DMi8 inverted microscope. Excitation is possible with UV (405 nm) and VIS (White Light Laser 470-670 nm). Simultaneous detection of 4 separated fluorophores is possible with an additional option for transmitted light. Software includes FRAP and FRET wizards.

On top of the TCS SP8 X is the DLS lightsheet microscope. The excitation lasers of the SP8 Confocal are used for creating the lightsheet. Detection is done by a fast sCMOS camera.
