The Leica TCS SP8 X DLS confocal microscope is mounted on a Leica DMi8 inverted microscope. Excitation is possible with UV (405 nm) and VIS (White Light Laser 470-670 nm). Simultaneous detection of 4 separated fluorophores is possible with an additional option for transmitted light. Software includes FRAP and FRET wizards.
On top of the TCS SP8 X is the DLS lightsheet microscope. The excitation lasers of the SP8 Confocal are used for creating the lightsheet. Detection is done by a fast sCMOS camera
