Left: XY-Fine, XY Fast controls the speed of the XY-Stage
Right-Bottom: Z-Fine/Z-Course controls the speed of the Z-Focus
Right-Top: Sets the AFC (Adaptive Focus Control) position. This fixes the Z-Focus by keeping the distance between cover-glass and objective constant.

Left- Top 2: Choose Combi Contrast. Fluorescence and Transmitted (BF/DIC)
Left-Bottom: Choose Transmitted Contrast Method (BF or DIC)
