The flow facility is equipped with multiple different analysers, each with its own possibilities. All machines are available 24/7 on an autonomous basis following a theoretical and practical introduction provided by the core staff.

- Up to 10 colours
- Gives quantitative data along with images
- Camera operates with 20X/40X/60X magnification with a pixel size of 0,1/0,25/1 µm2
- Equipped with a plateloader to analyse directly from 96 wells plates
Data Workstations data can be processed on a dedicated workstations with FlowJo Software. All flow cytometry workstations (A-E) are also equiped with High Dimensional Single Cell Data analysis Software.
